How Much Glassware do I need for an event or party?

During a party guests will sit their glasses down or want to switch beverages so plan on having at least 2 glasses for short receptions of 2-3 hours. Plan on 3 glasses for longer events. It is best to have one of each type of glass per person!

What size rental linens do I need for my tables at my party?

For linens to reach the floor, use the following sizes:

72" Round Table - 132" Round
60" Round Table - 120" Round
48" Round Table - 108" Round
30" Tall Bistro Table - 120" Round
6' Buffet Table - 6' table drape
8' Buffet Table - 8' table drape

How many people can sit at a table?

72" Round Table seats 10 adults
60" Round Table seats 8 adults
48" Round Tables seats 6 adults

Why are there different types of wine glasses?

Generally, having a special red and special white wine glass is enough at most events. If your event is a wine tasting, then having the correct glass for each wine is appropriate. For events longer than just one hour, we recommend having at least two glasses per person. This allows guests to change beverages or set their glass down during the event without the bar running out.
